Is it a Sin. . .

. . . to believe that certain people shouldn't procreate? I mean, yes, we know that the Catholic Church teaches that all forms of artificial contraception are wrong, but to look at someone who is not Catholic and Thank the Good Lord that She Will Never Procreate. . .
